Medical health insurance plans generally cover only eye care in relation to a medical condition or if you experience an eye injury or develop an eye disease.
We provide both medical and routine vision eye care and we accept both types of insurance.

These vision insurance providers offer specific benefits within each of their plans and it is important to note that benefits within a plan can change from year to year. Many providers will pay all or a portion of the cost of your exam and frames and lenses or contact lenses. They will give you a timeline of how often you are allowed to get a covered exam or eyewear allowance. Many of these plans require our office to retrieve a pre-authorization for you before your visit. Therefore, it is important to have your insurance information at hand when scheduling your appointment.
